Oregon Backflow Testers Association Info

OBTA is non-profit association established in 2009 to represent public health issues as they relate to the cross connection and backflow prevention industry in Oregon. Our goal is to establish legislation that will result in a revised statute that will allow state-certified backflow assembly testers to re-gain the ability to perform in-line repairs and maintenance on backflow prevention assemblies.
